As we move through Q2 2026, our energy platforms remain focused on production optimization, operational efficiency, and improving Bitcoin mining uptime across the CapX Venture Funds. Both CF6 and CF7 saw meaningful progress this quarter, with several wells benefiting from targeted technical work and continued improvements to our West Texas mining operations.

Production Recovery & Mining Stabilization
CF6 saw a major production rebound in May following Dixon’s nitrogen-assisted frac.
-
Dixon held strong at approximately 200 BOPD and 2.4 MMCF/day of gas
-
Winn stabilized at approximately 45 BOPD and 1.0 MMCF/day of gas after its dedicated compressor was installed
-
The latest distribution was equivalent to a 15% annual cash return
-
Bitcoin mining had a challenging May due to a failed 1-megawatt circuit breaker, which caused very limited uptime
-
Repairs were expected to wrap up in June
-
0.02072 BTC was mined in May

CapX Venture Fund 7
Production Growth & Well Optimization
CF7 continued to show strong field momentum in May.
-
The White well produced approximately 102 BOPD and 2.3 MMCF/day of gas
-
Prince was scheduled for the same nitrogen-assisted frac strategy that delivered strong results on White
-
Thompson 1, Thompson 2, and Woodbine remain in the optimization queue
-
The latest distribution was equivalent to an 18.6% annual cash return
-
Bitcoin mining produced 1.11 BTC in May, down slightly from April’s 1.27 BTC, as ASIC miners were proactively sent for warranty repairs ahead of the West Texas summer heat
